The museum is open to the public on the following days:


  • Tuesday through Thursday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Friday 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

  • Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • and Sunday from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.


    • The Sheldon is closed on Mondays, Easter, Memorial and Independence Days, Thanksgiving and from the Friday before Christmas through the Tuesday after New Year's Day.


    Admission to the museum is FREE and the building is accessible to visitors with special needs.
